Hip Flexor Stretch

Stretches tight hip flexors and can alleviate lower back pain.

How to do it:

  1. Kneel with one leg lunged forward.

  2. Tilt pelvis forward to stretch the hip flexors

  3. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides.
